I have a Dell Studio 1555 that needs two memory modules.  Looking at the crucial.com website, they list as compatible DDR2 and DDR3.  Which do I choose?

I'd stick with what came with it:

Max Supported Size 8 GB
Technology DDR2 SDRAM
Speed 800 MHz / PC2-6400
Form Factor SO-DIMM 200-pin
Slots Qty 2
