Start CPU-Z

on the top menu, > click Memory tab.

Please post a screenshot.

I did that. That's where I got my info from. Is my mem not running at full speed?

Your RAM is running at the correct speed. :thumbsup: 

CPU-Z reads the chips on one side of a memory stick, single Rank, 

You have Duel Rank memory, chips on both sides of the stick, so 802MHz x 2 = 1604MHz effective speed.
