Errors on Shutdown

Greetings and welcome to Geeks to Go. dw.exe is a download excelerator (allegedly). It is spyware. I would get rid of it. Don't know what darwin.exe is. I didn't find anything on google, but would suspect malware. Work throught the malware removal guide at the top of this forum where it says "Do you suspect a malware (Spyware, Virus, Trojan) infection? Please start here. " If you still have touble after that, post a hijack this log in the malware forum.
