My friend has a few of important voicemail messages from friends that have passed on and she wants to keep a digital copy of as she is switching service providers as of September 15th.

I wasn't sure where to post this question; I hope this area is appropriate.

Is there a way to do this without losing the quality of the voicemail messages?

Thank you

To obtain a direct copy of the original voice mail file would require convincing her current service provider to send her one.

Yes, this is the simple way copy of the original voice mail file would require convincing her current service provider to send her one.
