I have windows XP with SP 2 installed.

I can log onto Yahoo and set up an account. I can log into the account and get into the Games area When I go to load the selected game into my computer all I see is a small red x in the upper LH side of the screen and it shows up as "Done"

I have loaded the same game with no problem into my laptop also running XP with SP2.

The security on both machines is set up the same. The laptop has been in service for a long time and the one giving the problem is new.

What have I forgoten to set up?
