I have a VAIO t370 laptop which I just got. I am on the road quite a bit and would love to be able to find a car charger which will charge my laptop or allow me to use it plugged in. Anybody have any recommendations or thoughts on where I might be able to obtain one?? Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. There are at least a couple of ways you could go. You could install an inverter which will change your auto's 12 VDC into AC and then plug in your ac to dc adapter/charger that you probably already have. You could probably get an inverter at almost any automotive or electronics supply store. You could get a dc charger that will plug into your car's cigarette lighter plug. You just need to find out what the dc input into your laptop has to be and look for one that provides that. A good computer and/or electronics store like Fry's or maybe even Radio Shack and a whole host of on line sources. I wouldn't be suprised to find out Sony has one that it will be happy to sell you as an accessory!
