IRQL error caused by a website

Hi guys!

im new at this. just want to give a little detail of the problem, im getting this blue screen error IRQL when i watch video on a website. i am not sure why but this is the first time. i am using firefox browser and on this specific site (TFC - the filipino channel) im getting this blue screen after 13mins of video. then i tried youtube on the same browser, but it didnt happen. so far i havent tried anything yet on my laptop because im afraid that it might crash the os.

can anyone help me please?

If you got a blue screen a crash dmp may have been generated so please check for us;

 

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.

 

2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.

 

3. Upload the zip folder using the More Reply Options tab then the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box
