Help computer won't load after system restore

I have a hp pavilion and it came with Windows 7 but when I bought it it had Windows 10 on it. It ran extremely slow so I tried doing a system restore but now it won't do anything at all like there is no operating system on it. I'm really confused I don't know what happened. Please help
