First of all : I don't speak english really,so don't judge please.Also i'm not some computer freak, i just like playing games, so anything you'll say to me , will be new to me.

So i lately 1-2 weeks ago downloaded some high tech virus, messed everything up and added new windows.(3-4 days ago) after installation i cleaned corrupted files,corrupted registry,missing registry files,auto updates drivers to its latest,downloaded amd manager that checks my drivers automatacly so i wouldnt have to worry(still manually checked it)ran malwarebytes,searched for rootkits,ran the adw program (forgot the full name)checked my whole system for any strange viruses ect...ran system stability diagnostic,performance...i put my power plan to high performance and changed the low %s to 100% under the advanced settings(you'll know what i mean)

   Overall : ran any missing files,ran all the virus scans, corrupting ect, diagnostics ....

Here are the latencymon results :

CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for  0:24:47  (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

WARNING: the CPU speed that was measured is only a fraction of the CPU speed reported. Your CPUs may be throttled back due to variable speed settings and thermal issues. It is suggested that you run a utility which reports your actual CPU frequency and temperature.

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs):   26411,736687
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs):   6,140720

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs):       197,022247

 REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count:                 chrome.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults                       2181

:welcome:   Norman123xx,

First of all : I don't speak english really,so don't judge please.Also i'm not some computer freak, i just like playing games, so anything you'll say to me , will be new to me.

Your English is very good and we are here to help not judge people so please relax  :thumbsup:

There is a lot of info in your OP so I will break it down into bite size chunks to make things easier;

So i lately 1-2 weeks ago downloaded some high tech virus, messed everything up and added new windows.(3-4 days ago)

Malware removal is a specialist area that is best dealt with by security experts specifically trained with its removal or at least having your computer confirmed as clean by them and some malware is so deep rooted that not even a full format will remove the infection/s.

after installation i cleaned corrupted files,corrupted registry,missing registry files,auto updates drivers to its latest,downloaded amd manager that checks my drivers automatacly so i wouldnt have to worry(still manually checked it)

Other than Windows and your AV protection nothing should be allowed to update without your permission and unless you are having problems that an update is intended to fix you should avoid updating drivers as you can often end up with the very problem that the update was intended to fix with no immediate way of putting things right, info here

i put my power plan to high performance and changed the low %s to 100% under the advanced settings(you'll know what i mean)

Power settings should be set to Balanced as high performance can cause instability, overheating and in the case of notebook type computers it can cause short battery charge holding time and premature end of life.

You do not actually mention any problem/s that you may be having so when you post back can you let us know if you are having any particular issue/s, Latency Mon is a good tool to have when troubleshooting certain types of issue but iolo System Mechanic is at best a gimmick and at worst a danger to your OS (see blog here regarding such programs) check what is using the most resources on its own.

Steps for you to do;

1: Post a Speccy url for us to take a look at while you carry out step 2.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here,  this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

2: Refer to the GTG malware redirection information below;

I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

"Also i'm at the "

Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide" you suggested. Just needed to mention that i'm following all of your guides 100%

Oh my god! i forgot to mention what issues i'm having as you mentioned.

Well my latency is over 300 while i'm on display and randomly jumps to like 2k I also played path of exile(game) and i checked my latency,ms,fps. ms was well fine 20,fps was around 60-90 and latency went from like 200 to 2k, pretty quick, it was just changing so fast. As you've red my posts,i think you already know by now that i'm far confused of my problem than i thought before.

Yes so i'm getting spike lags, as in latency throttling(high latency) and i also get a lot of hard pagefaults and huge dpc . I don't know if they are all related to 1 thing or not so i can't clearly state 100% detail of each of my problems.    - (i'm not so sure this sentence makes sense)

NB: I also hope this thread won't be abandoned until i mark it as "Solved" just incase going to write "not solved"

I think it will be solved after you check these last snapshots and reply to, unles you have any other extra guides for me to follow.

1: Post a Speccy url for us to take a look at: If i'm correct you you wanted me to post the logs

No, only the url as in the attachment below.

and while doing that go over malware section and post a thread there.Right?

Not quite.

"Also i'm at the "
Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide" you suggested. Just needed to mention that i'm following all of your guides 100%

Those are the correct steps that I was suggesting, if you post on the malware forums we must stop troubleshooting here so that we do not interfere with the security experts work.

Tip

Please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last post, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page.

Edit to add;

What happens if you post back before I have had chance to reply has just been demonstrated;

NB: I also hope this thread won't be abandoned until i mark it as "Solved" just incase going to write "not solved"

Never abandoned a thread yet and not about to start any time soon, people that do abandon threads are usually those that quite happily accept our free help yet do not always see fit to let us know when assistance is no longer required.

I think it will be solved after you check these last snapshots

The reason that I asked for a Speccy url is because it does not contain any personal details + there is no need to visit third party sites to view any attachment/s which btw GTG and other good forums take care of by having an upload facility for all members.

Can I ask what type of disk/media was used to install Windows 7 and from where it was obtained.

A few things of note in Speccy;

1: Windows needs to be updated, if it is not you are putting yourself at risk of malware attack.

2: You have  Auslogic Boostspeed installed, a reputable company but sorry there is no software that can boost the performance on its own, the end user does that by keeping things updated, having plenty of free storage space on the HDD and by having decent spec hardware.

3: Your pagefile is set too high and something is hogging your RAM;

Physical Memory
Memory Usage: 52 % Will come to this shortly.
Total Physical: 8.00 GB
Available Physical: 3.78 GB
Total Virtual: 16 GB This should be a maximum of 12GB.
Available Virtual: 11 GB

4: Driver Booster and SmartDefrag are both junk and should be gotten rid of, Iobit are a prime example of software providers that promise to supercharge your computer, break it in the process and then ask for payment to help you fix it  :ranting:

Before starting with getting Windows fully updated (if you need to start a malware thread you will be advised the exact same) do the following so that we can see what is hogging system resources;

Download Process Explorer which you can obtain from here

Save it to your desktop then run it (Vista or Win7 - right click and Run as Administrator).

View, Select Column, check Verified Signer, OK

Options, Verify Image Signatures

Click twice on the CPU column header to arrange things by CPU usage, this will put the services with the highest CPU usage at the top of the log.

Wait a minimum of a minute then grab a screenshot and attach it to your next reply for us

To capture and post a screenshot;

Edit to add;

Colleague terry1966 was kind enough to advise me via PM that you have two different brand and spec of RAM and that it is not running at the maximum speed of the slowest RAM, did your problems start when you added the second stick of RAM.

So i'm going to remove AMD because some-how i hate it, i don't know why but i do. I don't really know how do you roll back driver updates and how much so i figured i'd just remove amd and run driver booster without having amd installed, because i don't get automatic driver updates(original ones) it only happens for audio
