!!!ACCIDENTELY DELETED PARTITION -- PLEASE HELP!!!


HI, I ACCIDENTLY MARKED THE MAIN PARTITION ON MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE FOR DELETION WHEN I WAS REINSTALLING WINDOWS, INSTEAD OF MY MAIN HARD DISK. PARTITION MAGIC DOESN'T RECOGNIZE ANY PARTITIONS THAT CAN BE RECOVERED. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT DATA, WITH, UNFORTUNATELY, NO BACKUP. HOW CAN I SAFELY UNDELETE THIS PARTITION AND RESTORE THE FORMAT? THANKS!!!
