In Spybot  I ran it for root kits last night and had 2 registry  problems and 15 in the C file . Now what do I do with them since I cannot tell a good one from a bad one . I says that good software uses some of the same information to store this stuff in as the bad guys . So what do I do with this stuff ?

I tried to go to Spybot to ask them or find it in FAQ but seem to have lost my password and to try to reset the password was nearly impossible because cannot talk or communicate with anybody . Whey I tried to reset the password I would get to the place where you got to type in those jumbled up letters or words and I even tried the audible where you listen the numbers did that about 3 times and it still says incorrect .
