I ran Avira free antivirus scan, it said some file, .DLL gone bad, so it got quarantined.

Afterwards, laptop hangs and restart.
I managed to disable automatic restart via F8

Now Laptop won't boot into Windows, but I have dual boot system and Ubuntu boots just fine.

Please help me fix my Laptop.
config:
Dell Inspiron 1543, i5 5th gen.
