Hey Guys. I am new here and was recommended by up works. I am unable to access the internet on my laptop using either WiFi or ethernet. I am not sure what is happening because I have been using the net all this whIle. Not it's saying ... secured no Internet connection. I used the internet on my phone, tablets and other devices in the house and it works just fine.

If your laptop is running Windows, have you tried using System Restore to roll Windows back to a point in time when your computer was functioning correctly? It allows you to undo system changes without affecting your personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos. It only takes a minute or two and, you can even undo the System Restore.
