To many odd ball errors. They may be related or not. I suspect there maybe other issues that we don't see yet. There were also some odd errors in the log about Defender.

I think the best approach is to reset / refresh Windows 10, This will keep your personal files intact. I'll get instructions for you.

It's reset, it re-installs windows. No a new license not required.
Windows Store apps and Desktop apps must be reinstalled.
This could take quite a long time

Resetting Windows 10 lets you choose whether to keep your files or remove them, and then re-installs windows. Make sure you select to keep your files

To get started, Click > start, click > Settings > Update & security > Reset this PC

Yes. Your computer is not at risk by just sending those details.

Did anyone try an fix things on this computer before you came here ?

Let me review the log you just sent.

Thanks
Joe :)

We will run a few different commands from an elevated command prompt.
To do this.

Press “Win + X”, and click/tap on Command Prompt (Admin) to open it in Administrator mode.

Then
Try running the following command in bold:
SFC /scannow <--- Copy that command, then put the mouse in the black command prompt window right click choose paste, hit enter on the keyboard. The scan will begin.

Let me know what it says after it finishes.
