Hello guys, I bought a Epson XP-235 wireless printer.

I'm trying to connect it with my computer but currently I m struggling.

So, the manual says to press the WPS button on the router or acces point and then press Wifi button in the printer and everything will work fine.

Well, I m a student in campus and unfortunately I dont have a router, just something to put the LAN cable.

So, is there any method to connect my printer without the WPS method ?

Thank you,

Orges Balla

Hello orgesballa,

To be able to connect your computer to the printer without an access point (wireless router) any wireless device that your computer may have must support Ad Hoc Mode.

Please provide the brand and model name or number for your computer, if it is a custom build and you are using a wireless dongle post the brand and model name or number of the dongle so we can do some research.
