Ok. Well, My brother recently upgraded his computer, and gave me his 'working' motherboard, CPU and Memory.

I am working on building a test environment where I can install Windows 2003, and exchange, and ISA and all that good stuff, so in case I blow it up, it wont be a production server.

Anyways, When I attach everything, and hit the power button, I get fans a-blazing, and HDD and CD's a-spinnin, but nothing beyond that. I get no bleeps, or screen, or anything. It just seems to hang there.

I have ran through the 'pinned' post, and tried all of that, still nothing. I have tried using different memory, booting with out memory, booting without CPU, without anything but CPU and Memory, nothing worked.

If it comes down to it, I will just have to go out and buy anoth mobo, but I dont wanna have to do that...

Anyone think of anything else, before I scrap it all, and get another?

Its a Albatron mobo, with a AMD XP2400.

Oh ya, on the mobo when its plugged in, i get a red light. I know that most are supposed to be green, but with it being a mobo that I have never workied with before, I dunno if it means anything.
