Win 10 - internet connected, but not able to open websites after SW up

Had sporadic problems connecting before with Win 10 -wasn't sure what the problem was - now after a software update it will not connect to any website. The wifi is connected and secure -
the troubleshooter software says that the externa site will not connect??

All other devices online and OK

starting to think twice about Win 10

Any help appreciated Thanks in Advance
