Im newbie, so please be gentle.  I will give you a rundown of my specs first

 

Windows 7 pro , firefox browser

 

Ok, i recently had no issues but suddenly its changed. I use Yahoo mail and when people send me files . mp3s it seems ok to view it in the profile or preview with external program to play the mp3 file. However when i try to use SAVE as function, the files save as Untitled with a window icon or just blank. I have enclosed some screenshots to shed some more light.

 

I just want to know what to do to fix this and see the pics as normal Jpegs instead of blank thumbnails

 

Ive numbers the screenshots and will explain each shot

 

1) example of what a mp3 file shows up as in yahoo mail.

 

2) photo shows up in yahoo mail preview, you can view it

 

3) after i download it to my folder you can see the icon it shows

 

4) on my HD it shows up as blank/untitled but other jpeg files are ok, i can download from others ok but now i get alot of untitled blank jpegs and have problems saving mp3 and downloading to HD, its ok if if i preview it live and listen but when i save the file, it comes up as untitled.

 

What do i have to do to make files , jpegs , mp3s  all ok to download and show up on my HD without it looking blank /untitled.

 

PLEASE HELP , im newbie and trying my best to explain things , sorry if its not so well written, if you need more info , please ask , i will do my best to provide it.

 

I used ASHAMPOO normally to view all my jpegs, photos.

 

Why do some photos download fine and others blank, i dont understand this.
