Ok try disabling only startup programs and see if the issue goes away.

Hi, Gabbin We need to perform a clean boot. The reason the issue did not exist when you were in safe mode was that the service or the program was not enabled. With a clean boot, we will be able to pinpoint the program or Background service causing the issue in your case background service because you still had the issue after disabling start up programs. Try again with this link. Take your time and don't miss a step. https://goo.gl/Tf6X6K Check to see if the issue is non existent after clean boot .

Pleased to hear that all is now well and thank you for letting us know gabbin

Couple of suggestions for you, create a new folder on your desktop named GT 530 and save the present stable video card drivers in it and make sure that you have a restore point for the present settings.

Thank you chrissymarie and Freebooter respectively for helping out a fellow member

No disrespect intended gaggin but why do you want to update drivers when everything is running as it should be, drivers when running stable should be left well alone, better than I can describe explained here
