Howdy,

I have used this sites services before and it was very helpful. My computer has been acting really messed up recently, my internet will freeze and I will be forced to reboot my computer. My task manager won't open and my desktop will be completely unresponsive. Occasionally, I will be unable to even sign in due to my computer being frozen. I've also tried to reset my computer, but it won't let me open the Update and Security settings. Even when I found a work around and was able to attempt a reset, it got bogged down at 8% for multiple hours. I don't necessarily know if it's an infection, but I thought this would be the best place to start. Thanks for any assistance.
