Downloading Pictures and video

When downloading pictures and or videos from camera SD card, Quick Time grabs the pictures and they are too big for the monitor. Is there some way to resize them? Or maybe a better program as a picture down loader?

You can resize the image .on your system and then check the same.

 

It will effect

Take a screenshot of the picture and then save it on the system. This can resize the picture according to the compatibility of the monitor screen.
