Windows Live Mail Error

My wife uses Windows Live Mail,Wind. 7 for email. It has started popping up an error every time it starts. (There is an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service.) I can't see that there is any problem with the calendar How can I stop this pop up?

Ok, I'm no expert, but I found some troubleshooting steps.

1. Are you using a windows email account (hotmail or outlook)
2. Have you verified that you can access email via the browser
3. Can you connect to the calendar via the browser
4. Have you removed the email account from Windows Live Email program and then readding it?

That article is connected to Outlook Mail. We don't use Outlook Mail. Thank you anyway.

Please try the following

To find the program build, open the program and press Alt-H A. If this doesn't show the version and build numbers, press Escape twice and then Alt-F B.

I have Belarc Advisor on the computer and it shows the latest version. I did what you said and it gave the same 15.4.3555.0308
