I had a pop up that said I had to install updates on my A3. 6 hours later and I can't do anything with it! It's frozen on the Samsung header and keeps vibrating but won't restart or anything. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions i.e. hold volume down, power and home together,but nothing helps! Any suggestions please other than take it back for repair?
