I've been looking for a free video recording program that will record for 60-70 minutes. I have been trying out CamStudio and I need to test it more. Is there a better program? If CamStudio is a good choice, can anyone suggest which compressor to use? It comes with three choices:

  • Cinepak Codec by Radius
  • Intel IYUV codec
  • Microsoft video 1

Supposedly, it's possible to download other codecs, and I tried to get DivX, but it was a messy process, and it looked like I needed to register for this and that, so I uninstalled what parts of it I did manage to download.

I would be grateful for any advice!

Download Audacity free video recording software, it's really user-friendly.
