Hello,
I am helping out a friend with a problem he is having with his Outlook email.
Outlook works fine (sending/receiving) when connected to his home network.
When away from this network, it will send emails but not receive them.
To test, I made a hot spot on my phone, connected to that, and sent him an email. Nothing came through. While still connected to the hotspot, I sent myself an email from his Outlook and received it instantly. Tried testing again by replying to it, but Outlook never got it.
As soon as I disconnected the hotspot and reconnected to his home network, all the emails came through.
I have done some googling and checked all the obvious problems, and nothing is working.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
