taskbar and icons disappeared

Hello all

I have this probleme all my icons and taskbar disappeared after reboot.

I have tried the following
Run explorer from task manager, no luck it does not start.
Repair windows no luck.
Run a virus scan no viruses were find useing panda.

Did not delete any software did not change the registry.

Plz help me :tazz:
