When dual booting Windows you always install previous version of Windows OS first then install newer version of Windows OS on different partition.

Yes first install Windows XP then Windows 7 and no you don't have to configure nothing at all.

is this same procedure for windowxp and windows 10? 1. Install windows xp after finish install XP. Then Install Win10 in other partition am i right?

When you install Windows XP and after any Windows version the boot manager of newest version of Windows boot manager will give you option to boot to Windows XP and Windows 7 or Windows 10. You don't need to use EasyBCD as long as you install first Windows XP then install Windows 10.
