Looking at Speccy there is not much going on that causes concern with PSU voltages being the only thing that looks off, will come to that below.
You have an old MB with no Windows 10 drivers available for it, couple of questions;
Did this behavior only start after you upgraded to Windows 10.
What OS did you upgrade Windows 10 from.
After you upgraded to Windows 10 did you install the latest chipset drivers available for the MB.
Did you run the Windows 10 upgrade advisor before upgrading, if yes, what was advised.
Is the behavior with all kinds of use or anything in particular, using the internet for example.
Two things that I suggest you do now and one after we have your next update;
Disable hibernation:
Open the Win+X menu, and click/tap on Command Prompt (Admin)
In the elevated command prompt, powercfg -h off press Enter and you are done.
Disable OneDrive, use the steps
here for this.
Info only atm, the PSU voltage in red below is too low and there is no +12V reading showing, this is what we need to check out in due course;
Voltage
+5V: 5.124 V
CPU CORE: 2.220 V
VIN3: 1.668 V
VIN4: 2.220 V
+3.3V: 2.773 V
