Sorting File manager listings in W10

The files that appear in my W10 File Manager under C:\downloads appear to be in random order. How do I reorder them, say to appear in chronological order (with most recent on top) or alphabetically? Thanks. ... batpark

Right click empty area of the Windows File Explorer and from context menu select Sort by.
