I have a server room tidy up to perform with approx 20 patch panels, 12 switches, the usual setup.

Quite used to tidy up in comms room, but nothing like this.

Hi aabarnes1 and welcome to our forums

I feel that the best advice in the circumstances you describe is to contact your IT department or IT company and ask them to advise on how best to proceed.

On a forum like G2G at long range there is little we can do to help, it really needs a "Hands on" approach especially as it almost certainly involves your business arrangements,  business data files, applications and the like.

Our Terms of Use in para 3  (second bullet point) make the situation pretty clear.

Good luck with dealing with the issues.
