Seeking advice on water cooling solution

I posted some questions and got some good feedback and now I want to get a bit more specific.

I want to install a water cooling solution in my PC. Both for cooling and noise reduction.

I have:
Thermaltake Kandalf case
MSI 875P NEO-FIS2R Motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 3.2 478pin
Intel Canterwood 875 chip

Those 2 chips above are the ones I would like to cool so I can get rid of the loud fans attached to them.
