Hello,

 

I downloaded Skype anew to see if it would correct my problem, but it did not.

If I call this number in the USA  641-715-3273  for a conference call with others,

I then need to enter the access code and end with a hash.

 

However, the system seems to not registering the access code that I enter,

because it is asking me for the access code indefinitely 

 

Does anybody have an idea, what the problem could be?

 

I am using a desktop computer with Windows 8.

P.S. If I use my husband's laptop, it works fine
