The first attempt of re-flowing the motherboard was unsuccessfully.

I have also replaced the CPU (T7600 now) and with the laptop unassembled was working properly; once it has been closed completely it shows the same issue :smashcomp:

Not sure what else you can do with this I`m afraid but if still the no boot from cold problem try what I suggested in my reply #8;

 

it may be worth considering leaving the notebook in stand by mode rather than shutting it down, not ideal I know but the only alternative that I can think of I`m afraid  

 

 

I am only left with what I mentioned in my reply #10 as the possible cause;

 

Just thinking aloud here, when the system gets warm things expand including electrical contacts, perhaps when cold you are not getting a good contact between the HDD and the HDDs contacts on the MB port
