Removal of Winter Wallpaer Changer (M/S)

I have Microsoft Fun Winter Wallpaper Changer installed. But I can't seem to get Rid of it! How can I do this? It Loads on startup. Even when I chose a different wallpaper it keeps on reverting to it on startup.
