Can't install a game...error 1610...corrupt data..

Hi

I am a great fan of the football manager series. A while ago somebody accidentaly deleted some files and now...i can't install the game again.

whenever i run setup exe i get the following message

Windows Installer

The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel.

i have read that this is error 1610.

i also found after research a log file in my temp directory. here is what it says:

If anybody can help me...please i am desperate and i don't want to reinstall windows...as this would be a very complicated thing to me.
