I was on my pc waching youtube when i had to get to do something. I came back it when in to sleep mode nothing unusual until I tried to login with my picture password. It did not let me in and said "logon failure: the user has not been granted the request logon type". So then i tryed to do my Microsoft password and that said wrong password. So I changed my password and still wont work.

Check for a restore point that is before this issue first happened in case something downloaded while you were away from the computer, see below;

 

Restart and hard shutdown the computer a couple of times by pressing the power off button, this will hopefully get you into the Recovery Environment, in the Advanced options, look for and use the appropriate restore point then get back to us.

 

If no restore points are available, try the refresh your PC option which will reinstall Windows without you losing your data.

I got to where i could could do a restart point but it ask for a password but didn't work. So i when to the restart and keep my files but that aslo asked for a password. So i could not do anything.

Looks like you need to do a reset, is there any data on the HDD that you would like to try and back up first.

 

Do you have access to another computer with internet access.

 

What is the brand and model name or number of the notebook.

Thank you i am on it right now, i was actually thinking of resting it because it does speed it up a little bit right.

If you mean will a reset speed up the computer, it depends, before we elaborate can you let us know where you are up to with this, have you successfully reset Windows and resolved the issue.

Yes i have rset my pc and windows and avery things seems fine to me.
