Another problem for your consideration. I have Spybot S&D and Microsoft Anti Spyware running. I also use the resident blockers. Recently I have recieved pop ups asking if I will grant access to the above program. When I say no and stop the process from running a different process with a different 5 character name starts running.

All advice is welcomed.

All spyware results returned clean as did McAffee checks.

you are still clearly infected. AV programs work by comparing names to a database...some malware programs are randomly named and thus immune to this approach


Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
