It is not often that the whole front panel of a computer chassis needs to be removed, can I ask what you are hoping to achieve by doing so.

 

Most tower cases are the same principal, if you want to remove the whole case front disconnect all sources of power first, remove both sides of the case, you should see six retaining lugs (three either side) push each one in in turn and the case front should then slide forward.
