credential manager error in Windows 10

I am getting this error message when I try to open the credential manager in Windows 10:

You do not have permission to save files to this location. Select a different location.

Error code: 0x80070005
Error Message: Access is denied.

***********

Can someone help me solve this? Thanks very much.
