Hello, I have a GE wireless mouse model 99914 that will not work with my windows 10 upgrade. I looked in device manager and it is recognizing the USB dongle but the mouse will not work.

Any suggestions?

If the mouse has a driver install it if not uninstall currently installed mouse driver and reconnect the wireless mouse to let Windows 10 install driver for the mouse.

I have done this 3 or 4 times and I have tried multiple USB ports and it just will not connect. My mouse does not have a connect button on it. There are no drivers available for the mouse either.
