We just bought new iphones and we are unable to import pictures off our new phones.  We upgraded iphones 4s to 6s.  No problems with importing photo's from 4s.  Autoplay has two different spellings for my wife's phone but does not list my phone.  How can I resolve this to list my wife's phone which is listed in iTunes plus mine so we can get back to importing photo's like we were able to do before.

You can also use iOS Assistant to move your photos or other files to computer, free to try and easy to use. Make sure you have isntalled the latest iTunes and Trust on your iPhone before to scan your files. https://www.mobikin....o-computer.html

You can transfer photos to PC with photos App, run it on your iPhone and transfer. Or you can find some desktop tools connect your iPhone to with computer ad then transfer and manage your pictures on PC. Here I'd like to introduce Coolmuster iOS Assistant, a newly released iOS transfer tool, which can help manage music, photos, videos, SMS, contacts and more on your iPhone/iPad/iPod.
