http://valid.x86.fr/kghegdThis is my pc build but it cant run csgo or overwatch or pretty much any games, it like drops frames every few seconds which make it seem like it keeps freezing because it drops so much, if anyone know whats the problem or anything that would be awesome?

Too early to say for sure but something that I noticed straight away is your CPU is being bottlenecked by your RAM.

 

Slot #1 Module Team Group Inc. 4096 MB (DDR3-1337) - P/N: Team-Elite-1333

Slot #2 Module 4096 MB (DDR3-1600)

 

You should have DDR3-1866MHz RAM with the FX-6300 CPU that you have, see specs here your RAM is not even running at the slowest of your two sticks which is 1333MHz but is instead running at 1066MHz, painfully slow for your processor.

 

Also worth checking is the quality of the internet connection and the brand and model name or number of the PSU, can you post the details for us.
