I have updated the network driver, tried each of the two you listed.  The inssid program is now a paid program, at least when I tried to run it, I was asked for a registration code.  DPC Latency Checker seems to be running fine on Windows 10.  There are two network adapters listed in device manager, Qualcom Atheros and the Realtek.  DPC Latency Checker stays around 1015 us, with an occassional climb close to 1040.  Theres no real difference when the network adapters are disabled seperately or all together.

Here is the new process explorer log.  I'm going to attempt to disable to audio driver, If i remember correctly, both the audio and video drivers were updated recently through the Toshiba Driver Utility.

Disabling the audio drivers, usb, CD/DVD Rom, anything print related.  I went down the list, skipping the display and disk drive, and disabled everything it would allow and there was no change, stayed at the 1015-1030 range.

Well, one of the updated drivers you provided works better than the other.  The sp59181.exe driver I thought I had installed, but it didn't autorun the install, I had to go to the folder and run it myself.  This driver hasn't given me any issues, no freezes for a few hours now.  The other driver, when installed, shot my DPC latency checker numbers up to the 10k's
