So I had to delete my operating system (Windows 10) and reinstall it. After it was done I noticed the screen was being glitchy and 2 bars going across the screen, then after a few minutes it goes to a black screen. I tried pressing Carl+alt+del but that did nothing. I am able to get into safe mode, any other info I can provide. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

From Safe Mode uninstall graphic card driver and boot your computer normally if issue resolves than install latest version of the graphic card driver.

How did you reinstall  win 10? was it from a recovery partition or a DVD?

If reinstalling the graphics driver gets you going then check in device manager to see if all the drivers installed.
