Windows goes to black screen after install.

So I had to delete my operating system (Windows 10) and reinstall it. After it was done I noticed the screen was being glitchy and 2 bars going across the screen, then after a few minutes it goes to a black screen. I tried pressing Carl+alt+del but that did nothing. I am able to get into safe mode, any other info I can provide. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

How did you reinstall  win 10? was it from a recovery partition or a DVD?

If reinstalling the graphics driver gets you going then check in device manager to see if all the drivers installed.
