Okay so for the past few weeks my computer have been randomly freezing and required a restart. Sometimes it didn't start from the first time, it just froze at the Asus logo. Right now the laptop doesn't do anything, as soon as I press the switch on button, it goes the Asus logo and stays there, sometimes continues and a black screen comes out with only the courser on it, it doesn't get affected by ctrl alt delete or anything. After a few restarts it got me into the advanced menu, where I tried everything, save mode, diagnose, troubleshooting, resetting but whenever I press any of them, the computer just freezes and nothing comes after. Is there anyway to fix it? And do you think that the issue is causes by a faulty HDD or Ram? Thanks in advance

I think your issue is cause by malfunctioning HDD if you are okay with working inside computer case than disconnect the HDD and power on your computer to see if computer can pass the Asus logo if it can than issue is the HDD.
