Hi,

I've got GT780dx ( burned 570M ). I just replaced card, whit gtx675m.(AFAIK it should be the same thing as 580M)
Now, I know some people made it working and its showing GT783 in their BIOS.
I get laptop restarting more often when is plugged in and sometimes on battery, whit Nvidia driver installed , suddenly, no bsod, screen goes blank and restart
If I delete the driver the problem goes away. New video card is DELL gtx675m
I have tried:
MSI GTX675M vBios
Clevo GTX675M vBios
Dell GTX675M vBios
Lowering down GPU clock
MSI GTX580M vBios (whit modded driver)
MSI GTX570M vBios (whit modded driver)
Installing win 10 x64
And I also bought a new charger whit 11A .
I changed Thermal paste.
MSI nvidia driver and dell nvidia driver
Installing Win 7 x64
DIfferent HDDs, SSD
Disabling/Enabling CPU features in BIOS
Also Bought an Modified BIOS from MSI forum, I tought it was a compatibilty issue (Dell GPU & MSI Mobo) , but no success, now I have all the things unlocked in BIOS.
I locked some CPU cores, no success.
I have done 2 memtests, not problem, "Pass Complete , no errors , press ESC to exit."

Here is an IntelBurnTest:

Here I have a video:

I removed all thermal compund(for memory) on video card heatsink, same problem

burned gtx570 Chip:

Any ideeas ?

:welcome:    CristianJhon,

If I delete the driver the problem goes away.

Your OP shows two problems going on, for the video chip, uninstall the problem driver and leave, for the other problem, see my attachment below;

laptop boots normaly, no longer display that text, still reboots anyway

Edit:

This is what i found in event viewer everytime is restarting:

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

It would help if you could answer the questions asked CristianJhon!

I asked;

What did you disable and what happened when you did disable it.

From your reply #5;

laptop boots normaly, no longer display that text, still reboots anyway

The above suggests that you disabled the PXE device in the boot order and that has solved the boot error message but you have not mentioned whether or not you uninstalled the Nvidia driver as was also suggested in my reply #2.

From your OP;

I get laptop restarting more often when is plugged in and sometimes on battery, whit Nvidia driver installed , suddenly, no bsod, screen goes blank and restart
If I delete the driver the problem goes away. New video card is DELL gtx675m

Knowing the exact answer to the following is most important, have you had the computer running in a stable condition since fitting the Dell GTX 675M, the GTX 570M has a max of TDP: 75 W whereas the Dell GTX 675M is TDP: 100 W, this means that the IGPU socket on your MB cannot handle or is receiving more than 75 W which is 25 W below what the Dell GTX 675M needs to be able to function as it should.

Those Event View errors are all dated December 7th 2016 btw.

Becouse at that time I swapped the SSD in another laptop. Now msi has an hdd, and win 7 from ssd still runing.

The issue is not driver related . Tryed  msi driver, geforce beta/WHQL , Dell driver and an modified driver.

It can be damaged mobo.

//// EDIT:

Meanwhile I found this:

If you do not answer our questions CristianJhon we are not in a position to be able to help you  :(

I post the following in my reply #6 but you did not answer the question;

Running stable includes being able to do all tasks including gaming.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570M specs.

Dell GTX 675M specs.

As previously explained the TDP for the video chips are not the same and the socket on your MB cannot provide the 100W that the Dell GTX 675M requires.

So why not leave the Dell GTX 675M fitted without installing any drivers until a stable version is released (if stable drivers for running that chip on your model of notebook are ever released that is).

Problem solved, bought new graphic card and everthing is fine, that GTX675m was broken.
