Hello, I just upgraded my Toshiba Satellite Laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Ever since then, it doesn't load passed the "TOSHIBA Leading Innovation >>>" screen! I've even let it sit there for 14 hours and still nothing happened.

If the computer has not booted at all since the upgrade it suggests one of two things, the upgrade installation was corrupt or the HDD has issues thus preventing the upgrade.

Can I ask what method was used for the upgrade, the upgrade to Windows 10 is no longer free of charge meaning that a downloaded ISO or a Windows 10 DVD/USB thumb drive may have been used and the problem could be with this media.
