How do I remove TSS GMusicPlayer?
Our program Malwarebytes Anti-Malware can detect and remove this potentially unwanted application, but due to the nature of the infection this will require a few extra steps.
  • Note that the password for the prompt is 6322DCCE8B8DDF94FAA4FF43DBC8359FD335A28D, but it will almost certainly require several tries.
  • Once you succeed, the text field of the prompt will be greyed out, at that point you can use Ctr-Alt-Del to access Taskmanager.

  • End the processes called active.exe, doctormypce.exe, and tt.exe. Then use Taskmanager to Run explorer.
  • Leave Taskmanager open as you will have to end the processes called jj.exe and mycent.exe.
