I have a computer with these specifications:

 

PC SPECIALIST CUSTOM BUILD:

INTEL CORE i5-4670K QUADCORE 3.40GHz

VGA PALIT NVIDIA GEFORCE GT730 4GB DDR3 PCI-E RETAIL

RAM KINGSTON KVR16N11/8 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ PC3-12800

HDD WESTERN DIGITAL WD1003FZEX CAVIAR BLACK 1TB SATA3

PSU-CORSAIR 650W

MOTHERBOARD:GIGABYTE GA-Z87M-D3H 1.0 

WINDOWS 8.1 PRO 64 BIT

 

 

and i want to upgrade my gpu and my ram and put a 

VGA ASUS GEFORCE GTX1060 DUAL-GTX1060-O3G 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E RETAIL

and a

RAM G.SKILL F3-1600C11S-8GIS 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ AEGIS

 

 

IS EVERYTHING SUITABLE OR IM GONNA BURN IT!!????

All looks ok, same speed and voltage unbuffered RAM and your 650W Corsair PSU can more than cope with the ASUS GTX1060 DUAL-GTX1060-O3G which requires a 400W PSU & 27 amps on the +12V rail.

 

JAFYI: Even the budget range VS650 PSU that Corsair once produced put out 600W and 50 amps on the + 12V rail, see PSU database here

Do you need any help with the upgrades at all, safety precautions you need to take, old driver uninstall and installation of drivers for the new card etc.
