I was given a Chinese-made Power Bank (about 3" x 3/4" x 3/4") with no brand name or instructions and with these specs.
Model 1553UL, s/n 16-03-004043-1, Input DC 5V/550mA Output DC 5V/1A, Capacity 220 mAh.
Can anyone give me an idea of how long it will take to charge the Bank from an iPad type charger? And for how long will the charged Power Bank run a typical cell phone?

Battery life seems to be between 7-12 hours SOT. 7 hours for heavy web surfing, 12 hours for video with Wi Fi off.
